We just wanted to take the time to say “Thank You” for all the care and concern you put into the building of our pool. This of course was a big decision and investment for us and of course we put it into prayer. Well it was a answer to prayer ad quite a blessing to have someone like you oversee this project. We were trying to create a safe and fun place to spend with our children, family and friends. Through your personal advise and past experience you helped us to create such a place, and that is priceless. So many are amazed at the timely deliverance of such a “big” pool, but I explain that you diligently keep your word. For all that you do for others, May God bless you, and your family abundantly. What a wonderful job you did last summer on the installation of our new in ground pool. The decision to install an in ground pool is a serious one and one that should be considered very carefully. There are so many details that go into that process and it is important to have someone that can guide you through the maze of decisions that have to be made. You were certainly that person for me and my family. We made our decision late in the season to install a pool because we took our time checking into pool companies from Niagara to Budds to Sylvan. I happen to come across your name by chance but I knew from the moment we met with you that you were going to give me the personal service I was looking for. From the design of the pool to the execution of the installation, you were always only a phone call away. Quite frankly, I have never known a contractor to always be available by phone the way you were. It was comforting. I want to also take this time to thank you for seeing to it that my pool was done expeditiously even when we ran into the worst weather possible, two weeks of continuous rain. It was well worth the wait. We love our new pool and are confident that the building system that you use on our pools is superior to anything else offered by other pool companies. We can’t wait till it comes time to open our pool next year and we look forward to many seasons of enjoyment. We would be happy to be used as a reference for anyone to talk to or to see our pool.

When we told people we were thinking of getting a pool, all we heard were nightmare stories of pool installations gone bad. Thanks to you and your crew, we had a great experience. Paradise Pools is a highly professional and adept company from start to finish. You gave us a realistic expectation of when you would start and finish, you kept in contact with us while the pool was installed and returned phone calls promptly. We can’t thank you enough for your hard work and dedication to ensure our pool was complete before the summer. We heard so many horror stories from people who contracted with Budd, Niagra, etc., but there is not one thing that we can think of that went wrong. Not only were you able to start earlier than expected, you and your team managed to complete our pool within a few days. (and imagine my surprise when I came home on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to find you cleaning our pool...more than two weeks after you completed the job!!) To this day you are available to us night and day to help educate us on the equipment, cleaning, chemicals, or to answer any question we had. We are thankful for everything you have done to make this experience a good one. I would highly recommend Paradise Pool to anyone considering an in ground pool. Again, Thank You!

I would like to compliment you on the excellent service you provided last month. Six years after we purchased our pool from you, you were there when we needed you. In closing our pool for the winter it seems someone poled a hole in the liner. The hole was on a seam and irreparable. When I called you I hoped that you would be good to your word about helping your customers “down the road”. You immediately realized that the liner could not be repaired and ordered an exact replacement of the original, which arrived in only one week. You then arranged for Bob, who had installed the original liner, to install the replacement. Bob committed to replacing it the following weekend. He arrived as promised and had the old liner removed and new liner in in less than 5 hours!!! Both Bob and I were impressed by the quality of the walls and floor of the pool after the original liner was removed. Even though approximately 10,000 gallons of water had leaked during the winter and spring there was absolutely no sign of damage to the pool walls, base or surrounding earth. This is a compliment to your design and construction techniques. Rich, not every company would extend themselves as much as you have when there is no money to be made for the effort. Your help is proof that you honor your commitment to your customers, both present and past. If you ever need an endorsement, please call on me.

Though this is: only the second season that we are using our pool since you sold and installed it for us we want to thank you once again. I realize that the installation was difficult due to the inclement weather you had to deal with but you accomplished it as you said without delay. As with any large project where there are deadlines and other sub contractors to deal with, you kept us abreast of all developments during the process. It was nice to deal with someone such as yourself that was professional, polite and courteous the entire time, as well as being prompt. When we had a question about something you were accessible without delay and keeping us at ease the entire way. Just another example of this was contacting you recently and asking you to snap a section of liner back into place for us which you also did without delay. We are extremely pleased with our pool and our family thoroughly enjoys it and a big part of that comes from the way we were treated by you. If an opportunity arises we will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is considering purchasing an in ground pool.

I want to thank you for a job well done! As you know prior to contracting with you to build our pool my wife, Eileen was in contact with many other pool contractors. Eileen traveled from place to place always being seated in tiny little offices and force fed a script of horror tales of screwed up jobs done by competitors. The implication was, sign with us or you may be strapped with some horrible “money pit” in your back yard. She would tell them what she wanted and they would tell her “no, this is what your really want”. They didn’t listen to her and were far more interested in popping out “cookie cutter” pools than satisfying customers. You, on the other hand came out to our home at our convenience and listened to Eileen describe what she had in mind. You gave her suggestions and the “pros and cons” of different features but most importantly you listened and sincerely wanted to create her dream. You didn’t rely on horror tales of your competitors foul-ups to make a sale but rather on letters like this from satisfied customers. You and Eileen worked together to design a pool that would be an attractive integral part of our home and blend harmoniously with our yard. Every step of the way you closely supervised the work and even personally stepped into the hole to hand craft the installation to your high personal standards. You were always accessible and treated even our most superficial concerns with an urgency and attention that was astounding. Over the weeks of the installation you became a friend of the family and we honestly started to get concerned about you. You pushed yourself relentlessly following up on every detail and letting no phase be completed without being satisfied. I have had a dream of owning a pool for many years. I did extensive research and knew that a pool with a liner was the best option for me. I had many friends that had pools built and knew of the issues and aggravation they had with construction. The two things that were important to me were price and service. From our first meeting, I knew that you were the right person to get the job done. You were thorough in explaining all of the options, patient with my many questions and your pricing structure was comparable with the other pool contractors. What I like best was that you assured me that you personally oversee the construction of each pool. I wanted to let you know that I have no regrets over my decision to use Paradise Pools. From the beginning, there were some challenges with the slanted grade in my backyard. You provided your expertise, asked for my decision and took it from there. Friends advised me that I would have to go to the Township for various licenses and permits. That was not the case in working with you. All of those little details were taken care of by you. In short, I told people that my job was to select the pool I wanted and write the check. That was another thing I appreciated. There were no hidden costs or surprises. You were very clear on the payment schedule and any other costs that I needed to consider as part of the construction. Your various contractors were a pleasure to have on site. I did not have an issue with them and they were considerate of my property. I know that you were there every day insuring a quality end result. Today I have exactly what I wanted! I love the pool and the quality of the construction. It is a pleasure to tell people how positive the experience was. It is also reassuring to know that my follow-up experiences have been equally as positive. I know that I can call you anytime and you are always willing to answer my questions or offer assistance. Construction can be a nightmare, but I did not worry or loose any sleep because I knew you had the situation in hand. I want to personally thank you for your hard work, patience and kindness. Well, it’s been about six weeks since the completion of our new pool. We’ve been so busy enjoying it that I haven’t had a chance to write. This was the perfect year to have the pool built since it’s been one of the hottest years I can remember. The kids are loving it and Debbie and I are enjoying it too. Just last Friday our daughter had a sweet sixteen with her friends, and the pool was a big hit. The salt system has been performing beautifully. I can’t tell you how many friends I’ve had tell about the problems they’ve been having with their pools being cloudy or having algae problems. I had to use the super chlorinate feature for one day after a long heat spell. Other than that, there has been absolutely no problem with the system keeping the chlorine level in perfect range. I run the pump for about eight hours a day and that seems to be just right for now. As I sit by the pool, I can’t help but remember all the things you did to make sure everything was perfect. Dealing with the marl clay was a major headache. There were chunks of it all around the pool. Knowing that stuff is next to impossible to grade, you went out and got some soil to cover it at your own expense and because the water would not drain out of the hole properly, you go the stone for the bottom, again at your own expense. That;s what separates you from the rest. You are a man of your word, and when things don’t go perfectly, you do what needs to be done to make it right. I almost forgot about the liner. When we realized we had the wrong liner, you acted quickly to get the right one and there was only about a week delay because of it. That’s taking care of business Through it all, you were completely professional, always available and accessible. Thank you for making the experience as stress free as possible. We hope to see you some time in the near future.
